Happy Friday everyone, and happy end of April! It’s a great day to share some recent product release updates with you, so here we go.
What’s New
ACH Payment Type in Wallet Order Reservations
Partners that utilize ACH transfers can now create wallet order reservations (WOR) that lock ACH as the payment method.
Note: You must contact your Customer Success Manager if you wish to use this feature, if you do not currently have access to it.
To access this feature include the following values in the WOR request body “paymentMethod”: “ach-transfer”.
An end user with no existing ACH payment configured that navigates to a checkout widget instance with ?paymentMethod=ach-transfer in the wallet order reservation URL should now:
- See ACH pre-populated as the payment method
- See the complete ACH setup button copy
- Be redirected to the ACH onboarding splash screen after I accept terms and conditions and click the “complete ACH setup” button
An end user with an existing ACH payment method configured that navigates to a checkout widget instance with ?paymentMethod=ach-transfer in the wallet order reservation URL should now:
- See my configured ACH payment method populated as the payment method
- See the “Submit” button copy
Added Processing Channels for Multiple Checkout MIDs
We can now send digital goods (MCC 5815) volume for select partners who are selling NFTs. There will be higher authorization rates for partners who are selling NFTs as opposed to crypto (MCC 6051).
Note: Please contact our Sales Team if you wish to use the above feature.
Reminder: The New Wyre Dashboard
Just as a reminder, the new Wyre Dashboard has been launched and is still in a beta release. This can be accessed via the “Login” button at the top of our homepage.
For complete functionality, continue to use our legacy dashboard located at dash.sendwyre.com.
Cadence Update
Last month we had expressed sending this email every 2 weeks. In an effort to bring you product releases without flooding your inbox, we have decided to change the cadence to once a month. If there are questions that can be answered in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
Feel free to share these notes with all your friends. If they would like to sign up for our Release Recap, have them visit this link.
